Doesn’t work on non Aussie mobile numbers
Incorrect charging, hidden fees, impossible to dispute.
Brisbane city has let residents down with forcing us to use this app to pay for parking in our city and this app forcing people to pay $2 upgrade per month just to be notified and given parking warnings is ridiculous and such a money grab. This is outrageous. Couldn’t be more disappointed.
So when you are in a hurry and need to do the set up of Cello so you can’t cover your parking fee, the frustration that the app registration is not responsive is just annoying. Filled in details, hit REGISTRATION and the app just sits there. So do I risk getting booked as I have not paid for parking or wait… and after 10 mins still no joy… for ever.
Accidentally upgraded to premium and there was no way in the app to downgrade. Pretty frustrating experience overall.
You may be unaware that you have been subscribed to Cellopark’s premium service. This costs an extra $5 a month and gives you almost nothing in return (SMS reminders when you move your car, which don’t even work that well). You cannot change this in the app, you need to log into their website to downgrade your account and save money.
Stop removing the card details. Appears if a debit fails the card details are removed so you need to put all the info in again. Why? It’s idiotic.
I love using this app. It’s so easy. Much cheaper than parking meters, or the parking lot never have to fumble around for cards or money
They overcharge me. They said they may even charge an extra fifteen dollars cause my card changed, and I forgot to update it. If you forget to turn the timer off, you get charged more and there’s no way to correct this as far as I know. I am kind of saving money compared to the system the uni implements, hence two stars, not one.
