Worst Customer Support
I ordered from app prior to go for vacation, however i told them to cancel my order but they did not and drop my package at my door when i was out of country. From 01 March till today i am following up with customer support agent at then end they stop answering my query. They have the worst service ever i have witnessed no response at all. They took money and forget. Waste of time & money.

Many issues
Recently i have faced many incidents with centrepoint online shopping. First of all, they offer many products that are not originally sold at centerpoint and usually shipped directly from the warehouse of a third party. The chance that you get wrong order/product/ having delays is high. And the way centrepoint customer support deal with such incidents is poor. If you are ordering products that you know originally sold by centrepoint you won’t have this issue. So just consider the items before buying.
Wrong size delivered
Worst experience, i have ordered a show and delivered with wrong size and while checking with customer service they’re telling to return and place a new order instead of delivering the actual size that i have ordered . Never trust center point online orders
Very unprofessional
They accepted my order and let me pay but afterwards they cancelled one of the item rught before eid and didn’t even send the refund. When i asked them about the refund they told me its gonna take a week or two even though i wanted to buy that product for eid. I am very disappointed
