I received a notification about an 80% discount, checked the app, and was happy with the deal. I placed two orders, spaced over 3 hours apart. The next morning, the prices were still low, but by the afternoon, both orders were canceled due to item unavailability—despite the items still being listed on the website but at high prices. When I contacted customer service, they claimed it was a "glitch" in the system, but glitches shouldn’t last more than 24 hours. This just highlights their inefficiency. I also sent an email and received no response. It feels like a scam designed to collect money without delivering. I've filed a complaint with Consumer Protection in the UAE, and I hope they take action. Very disappointing service and definitely not trustworthy.
My order was canceled due to “item unavailability,” yet the same items were still listed at higher prices. To make it worse, their “Happiness Representative,” Sharaf Mohammed, shamelessly suggested I reorder at the new prices. They offered a 10% discount code as compensation, which doesn’t come close to addressing the inconvenience or frustration caused. My refund wasn’t processed promptly either. This lack of accountability and poor service make it hard to trust their platform. Avoid 6th Street if you value transparency and professionalism.
Very bad recently I can’t use it easily and wish list not working
It’s not good at all so I wanted to travel so I ordered shoes then when they came i exchanged it and bought a smaller size as it arrived I wore it the laces were so like wiggling so I had to deal with it but lastly I left it in my cabinet it’s no use
I recently placed an order with your company, which included a top and a dress. Unfortunately, neither item fit me, and I didn’t like how they looked – which is perfectly understandable and within my rights as a customer. When I opened the app to process a return or exchange, I was surprised to see that the top was not eligible for return. I’d like to understand why this is the case. Why would this option not be available? I believe customer experience should be a top priority, and as someone purchasing online without access to a physical store, I feel it is only fair to have the ability to return items that don’t fit or meet my expectations. I’m not asking for much – simply the right to return or exchange an item that didn’t work for me. I don’t believe customers should have to struggle over something as simple as a top.
It has been over a month now, and I still haven’t received my order. Despite being charged an international delivery fee, the item has not arrived. I’ve emailed the company more than 30 times, but no one has responded or taken any action. This is extremely poor service.
The worst customer service team and worst exchange policies, never buy from them ever again.
I always Pruches from the app they have good discounts and many brands also delivery services very organized and fast so I prefer to order from them Thank you a lot for great service
