Yurtdışındayken asla parola değiştirmeyle ilgili işlem yapılamıyor. Güvenlik araması da gelmediği için hesabıma giremiyorum. Tam bir rezillik.

Face-ID ile giriş yaparken şifre istemez ise harika olur.

As a software engineer I’m always having trouble to login this app. How do you suppose to normal people login this app and use their daily banking operations. I have to choose tons of password and settings while logging in and I don’t have any idea what are they?

Cok temiz dizayn edilmis bir uygulama, tek bir uygulama uzerinden her turlu islemi yapmama olanak sagliyor. Dizayn kullanim kolayligi ve baska bircok acidan cok kullanisli ve cok memnun oldugum bir uygulama.

Her hangi bir banka kartı veya kredi katı bağlı bulunmayan vadesiz hesabımın şifresini unuttuğumda; sistem benden kart bilgileri ile doğrulama yapmamı istiyor!!!
App giris sorunu
Son bir kac gundur app'ten giris yapilamiyor. Kullanici numarasi/ TCKN yazili olmasina ragmen hata vererek kullanici alani dolu olmasi gerekmektedir diyor ve giris yapmiyor. Bilgilerinize
Şu reklamları artık kaldırın!
Uygulama her açıldığında "ilgilenmediğim" kredi diyaloğunu görmek zorunda mıyım? En kötü UX deneyiminiz bu olsa gerek. Face ID ile şifre alanı otomatik doldurulunca her gidiş yaptığımda oturumunuz sona ermiştir uyarısı alıyorum. Ancak 5-6 defa tekrar tekrar giriş yaptığım zaman başarılı giriş yapabiliyorum ve ayrıca sinir bozucu kredi dialogu, face id ile giriş yaptığımda ana ekran da asılı kalıyor.
Sadece WIFI ile calisiyor
Maalesef sirf Wifi üzerinden girebiliyorum, mobil internet ile olmuyor. Lütfen bu hatayi düzeltin. Onun haricinde süper bi app!
