Technical issues
After updating . I am unable to login and No one replying to messages . We poor technical support.
Regarding offline download of notes with video
When I download any cerebellum video and go to saved video section I can only access video offline but can’t access the notes that is side by side in online mode so can you please give an option to download notes with same video as side by side so it’s easy to read and can read at faster pace in revision Thank you
Review
The screen gets frozen and blank a lot of times. It gets frustrating all the time. Please do something about it.
Issue in launching app
I downloaded Cerebellum app in my iPad, but when I tried to launch it, it wasn’t loading and it was stuck in the terms and condition page and after passing back, it gone to the main page of the login page, so there’s a issue with it. Please fix it as soon as possible.
RESETTING QUESTIONS AND TOTAL APP
Can you keep a reset option for the questions, according to the students plan? For example, if a student took five years plan. Keep a reset option of3 times or 5 times.
Greedy
I wanted 6 months subscription but suddenly they removed that subscription and showed me 1 year subscription with double price. Totally cheap attitude by this app.
No facility to increase font size
Font size is very small in tests and pyq and there is no facility to increase or decrease font size …..please provide it in next update because eys get strained after prolonged use
Customer Service can be improved
First of all ,The contents are great though it’s personal choice,the app improved a lot from its original version kudos to them. However it says that I would be able to login from 4 devices.I have poco x2,iphone 15,ipad 8,sansung tab all logged in …still when I am signing in phone its warning me and after some time automatically im logged off. I dont know if its me or the app …I just cant find a customer care number and the chat option is there but i an waiting for ages to get a reply after filling 8 fields .
