This app doesn't work flawlessly even once. Every time i open this it has one or other issues. Mainly staying connected to internet. It fails launching videos 10 out of 10 times i try. Very very very poor and dissatisfied experience.

I am a premium user, this app needs so many bugs correction, am tired of notifying to the developers still it’s the same.
Bugs! Bugs!! Bugs!!! Almost 2 years since the launch of the app yet no improvement in app appearance, user interface. Instead of fixing UI these guys have put limits on downloads. 🤦🏾♂️
VideoPlayer is Lagging, seek forward and backward options are very bad, video never opens where it was left last and it is a very difficult and irritating task to navigate through the video. Marrow, Dams all have better video interface. Really need to improve the video player, given the hefty amount that cerebellum is charging

The lack of basic features is shocking for a subscription-based service in 2025. Here are the key issues: 1. No Picture-in-Picture (PiP) Mode: In an era where multitasking is essential, the absence of PiP mode is a glaring omission. It’s frustrating to not be able to use other apps while keeping content in view. 2. No Dark Theme: The app lacks a dark mode, a basic feature that is now standard in most apps. This omission not only strains the eyes but also feels outdated. 3. Poor iPad Compatibility: The app performs poorly on iPads, especially with my iPad Air. It doesn’t utilize the screen real estate effectively and feels like a stretched version of the mobile app. 4. Lack of Smoothness: The overall user interface lacks polish. Scrolling feels jittery, and animations are clunky. For a paid app, this is unacceptable. 5. Intermittent Glitches: The app frequently freezes or crashes, making it unreliable. These interruptions ruin the user experience. 6. Outdated Design Choices: The interface is full of common design flaws and silly mistakes, such as buttons placed too close together, confusing navigation, and an overall dated look. For a subscription-based service, I expected more innovation and attention to detail. The developers need to step up and address these fundamental issues if they want to stay relevant in today’s competitive app market. Until then, I can’t recommend this app.
