This company will ask You to Verify over and OVER! They will request unrealistic Personal Data in order to be privy to their subpar platform! I do NOT recommend this draconian crypto exchange

Hard to use!

It is not a user-friendly exchange! When asking for your tokens withdrawal, the mobile app wants you to put your trading code which you have never be given! Took me a few days talking to their costumer service and experiencing stress to finally figure it out how to withdraw without the code!

I’m loosing so much money

“Withdraw unavailable, please try again later”, get used to this message. Still unsure if I will ever see my money again.

Scam

When I first made my account I verified my identity with my bc service card because i live in canada and its a form of I.D here. Then about 2 months down the road i put 60$ usd on my account and now I can't withdraw it or use my visa card that was already verified!! Impossible to contact a real person. Im in the process of reporting this company to the better business bureau of Canada to get my money back and get this site shut down. Don't use this app!!!

Rip off

Yea if you want to spend and spend on fees download this scam exchange. When coins are popping they will make sure you can’t sell without ridiculous fees and commissions. Beware! Much better exchanges out there. Never had so many issues with my banks as well with this scammy low grade exchange. Read the recent reviews most 5 star are fake.

Extra charges

Charges 2,99% to deposit money, 2% to buy BTC once your money is in plateform, 2% to change btc back to usd and 2.99% to bring back to withdraw. Total of 10% fee

Worst customer service ever.

Sent multiple emails to desable 2FA and sent all supporting documents. Its been over 2 weeks since i last heard back. Im starting to feel like this company is a scam. Been a customer since 2017. Dont know if i should trust putting in more funds in this platform. If i get an email to resolve my issue ill re edit my review until then 👎

Worst app ever!! That have outrageous fees for everything every-time you move it out and in to one place to another!!!! And once your money is in forget about trying to get it back, they dont tell you but most banks have all blocked buying crypto so you can deposit ot back to your account, been trying to find a way to remove it for 2 weeks and worst customer service ever they dont respond to chat and barely email and dont answer the phone, which normally mean! FRAUD! They once respons to my email and once the heard I wanted to take out my money or find a way to do so BOOM they disappeared and never replied back. DONT DO IT

Scam alert

This web is a scam! I have proof.They stole my money! Called my bank to try and get a refund got told that since i made the purchase they cannot be held responsible for it and that its been over a month since i kept my money in the web to trade when i wanted to withdrawal i never got my funds and no anwser from them. No refund and kept my money. Reported it to local police,waiting for anwsers from my lawyer.

SCAMMERS

I deposited 60 us to try it out tried to withdraw it later like 1 month and a half or 2months later and they still did not send my coins. AVOID IF YOU DONT WANNA GET SCAMMED POSITIVE REVIEWS ARE FAKE.
