Most features don’t work

I’ve used this app for years and they still haven’t fixed the “date of birth prefix” error when trying to add a new card. The Apple Pay feature doesn’t work either. These are two features that basically make the app unusable. It’s fine when you have money I the account but the chew of having to do this via the website makes the app a bit pointless.

Good app and good crypto company

Been using CEX.IO since early 2017. It was a little buggy as all similar apps were back then but has improved. Customer support is good. Any issue I had was fixed with good communication. Reliable easy to use app. And more importantly safe secure company to buy sell store your coins / tokens with. I’ve used a number of different apps companies for crypto over the years and I rate these guys as one of the best!

Great app with a couple of tweaks needed!

Great app for exchanging your crypto instantly and very easy straight forward to use👍. Couple of things I would like to see in the app for the future. 1. Faster payments option should be allowed on app instead off going to the web site every time to use faster payments option. 2. A lower exchange rate would be very helpful when your low on crypto. The minimum amount to exchange must come 50% lower please. Thank you

Please be careful with this app, I almost got scammed via this app this morning.

F*CKING SCAM

My brother sold £2000 in shiba inu to GBP and only gave £522 GBP don’t use this app go to some other place they will rob your money and not even reply heartless people run this company seriously they do not care ignore the good reviews those are probably fake

good app but.....

needs to show profit/loss for each individual trade in wallet at least charts are not good

Ripoff

Easy to use, but minimum amount you’re allowed to send is way too high, forcing you to put a lot of money on the line, and the commission fee per transfer is extortionate.
