App not in sync with store opening hours
I’m meant to get 20% off my first order but the app said my store is shut after I put everything in the basket, even though it’s open! What’s the point of offering 20% off if I can’t even use it.

Discount not working
20 percent discount on first order isnt working. Even we asked and showed the app to the person on duty of order and customer care.
Black Friday 20% discount didn’t even work
Took my family for breakfast first time at chaiwala, usually go elsewhere for brunch. I downloaded the app as they advertised 20% off Black Friday discount, didn’t work,even the workers/manager at the branch tried yet it didn’t work. Disappointing.
More stores now visible on App
Developers have now fixed App and I can now order through it. Thank you
