It’s been almost 2 months and the app still is not functioning as intended. I paid for the year in full and the told me they won’t refund me even though the app isn’t usable at this time. Frustrated.

I have been using the app for almost two years. I am usually patient and empathetic when things happen that are out of a company’s control. I can only imagine the stress the people in charge are under right now. But I relied on this app to help me with my debt. The app is marketed to students taking out debt, some of the most financially vulnerable and naive people. I have a good bit of money that I have been saving up for two years that I cannot access. I have been patient for a while now but there’s only so much I can do when I can’t access my own money. I’m at a loss, like genuinely have no idea what to do because having faith in an app is so stressful. I feel dumb when I was only ever trying to be responsible.
They have issues with whoever “holds” the money and now I can’t withdraw money that I “saved” through the app.
Been waiting a month and still have not received my money. Do not trust this app with your funds.
Cancelled my account and still haven’t received my money. Company is having technical issues and is pretty much holding everyone’s money. Chances of getting this back is slim.
Haven’t had a transfer from my bank since the first week of May. Tried to transfer from changed to my bank and nothing there either. Sent numerous emails and NO replies. Very concerned that I may never get my money??!!! Also, the zen helped said you are not using them anymore so now there’s no way to reach you?
I have been using this app for a couple of years. It used to work great, but now the transfers have stopped working. My last payment on my debts was on May 7th, which was almost a month ago. I reached out to customer support twice about two weeks ago to cancel/delete my account and get my funds returned, but I haven't heard anything back. I’m not sure what happened to this app, but it seems like they have less experienced/talented developers working on it now. Not worth your time.
This could be a great App when it’s working properly. The transfer hasn’t worked for almost two weeks. I was told it should be up and running soon…NOT. Customer service is slow and generally takes about 24 hours before getting a response back. Very frustrating.
Very disappointed with this app. Never worked! I unable to sync to my bank. Support is automated so just a loop email chain with the same response that never fixed it. Waste of money… when I asked for a full refund. I was denied.
The app stopped transferring money from my bank account and currently I cannot transfer the money I do have it back out. Support did say it’s due to ongoing issues with their partner Synapse, but that isn’t my problem. My money is being held by this company and I’m not getting it back. Don’t waste your time with this app because they partner with unreliable companies.
