Does not work when spyware is blocked
This app fails to start or work without access to MixPanel and Amplitude. It’s bad enough those are even used, but completely failing to work without access to this spyware is beyond comprehension.

App werkt niet
nutteloos dit allemaal, er zijn 3x 20 euro reserveringen gemaakt via de app die ik blijkbaar niet terug kan krijgen terwijl de charging session helemaal niet werkte. ik zit heel het internet rond te zoeken of er een nummer is die ik kan bereiken om mijn probleem te kunnen oplossen met de app maar dat zie ik helemaal niet. ik kan namelijk via de app mijn sessies die storingen hebben niet beëindigen. leuk dit allemaal
Verbeterpunten..
Waar is dark mode? En het logo bij het opstarten mag wat sneer verdwijnen. Over het algemeen een app wat een voldoende scoort.
Fraaie app.
Helaas kan ook charge assist geen duidelijkheid verschaffen als providers hun tarieven niet (willen) delen (bv Shell in regio Alkmaar )
Betalen werkt regelmatig niet
Op zichzelf een laadapp zoals vele andere. Voordeel is dat apple pay erin zit. Nadeel is dat dit (sinds kort) vaak niet goed werkt. Meerdere keren starten is vaak nodig en soms worden onnodig bedragjes afgeschreven en - meestal - gelukkig weer bijgeboekt
Fix the bare minimum
Fix this app, the times i have to use my card instead of the app are increasing. And please fix at least the bare minimum of scanning the qr code on a station and redirect me to the right station in the app. It’s 2024 guys… how hard is this to fix?

Geen internetverbinding
Bij opstarten app krijg ik steevast de melding “geen internetverbinding”. App meermaals opgestart. Geprobeerd met zowel 5g als wifi.
