Expensive but worked
A £1+ to even connect, and 80p a kWh is expensive but I guess that’s par for the course - excuse the pun - at a golf club. App has ApplePay so was at least easy to pay. And it worked first time.

Unintuitive
Keeps saying this charge point is in Stroud!!!
Difficult to use and expensive for a 7kW slow charger. Won’t be back. One more frustration at work against EV trend.
Does not show any locations until very zoomed in so very difficult to search for locations along a route. I zoomed in, found one, tried to get more info and app crashes/ disappears. More trouble than it’s worth…
I used it literally two days ago and to be honest it worked perfectly. However, in previous attempts, the app kept crashing and I was unable to charge. Today there was a new version which I installed. All of my session history and stored payment card info has disappeared. I know it only takes a few steps to add a payment card, but it is frustrating. The charges I use are at work and not for public use. However they never show up in the app even if the option is selected to show restricted use ones. I’ve yet to try this new version. Hopefully it is more stable time will tell.
This app awful. Doesn’t work in Iphone even in iPhone 14. No sessions or location loaded. Multiple calls made to support team but no use. Can the developers look into it.
So many ev apps. To use these chargers we need this app. Difficult to use the basic functionality like saving a charger to your favourite. It stopped working for a day last week too
I have no choice but to use this to charge my car at work. Without fail, I have to ring the support team at least twice a week because the app stops working/freezes/displays an error message when I try to unplug my charger once the session has finished. The support team are always great, but at times I’ve had to wait over 20minutes just for my car to be unplugged, which isn’t fun after a days work.
This app is a perfect example of what’s wrong with public charging infrastructure! I speak as someone who both uses this app and is a host to a few of the chargers. App often fails to load charger locations (sometimes deleting the app and re-installing can fix) . Sometime a charger shows as unavailable but actually the charger is fine. I work in IT and from what I have seen of the software that operates on in cloud - The greenflux platform I’m not surprised it temperamental. This whole industry needs regulating and standards put into place. If anyone can be bothered to read this that has some sway on this please please do better.
