App won’t connect
Keep getting error message suggesting i need to connect with WiFi or mobile data but I’m already connected.
App keeps erroring out
I keep trying to open the app but is says the phone is not connected to the internet even though I have 5 bars on 5G.
Useless
The app just shows as offline.
Can’t even access app or website
Says no internet in app (there is) and website won’t load
Unable to connect
Downloaded the app but won’t connect to Wi-Fi or 4G so pretty useless
No longer functions
This app doesn’t work it keeps saying you are offline. I believe the servers are now offline so it doesn’t work
Looks like a zombie
The app will not connect and the phone line is dead. Waste of time
Extremely Poor on every level
This App is diabolical! It is so outdated it’s painful. It shows incorrect information on availability, pricing and doesn’t work with most machines on the network. If you don’t have a CYC card you can forget it. A perfect example of how poor the infrastructure is for EVs. Do yourself a favour and download either ZapMap or PlugShare, they are the real deal.
