Why does this app think my postcode (BL1 - Bolton) is in Tynemouth? Why does it not show chargers which are advertised under the same name on the internet. Seems a bit outdated?

Won’t open
App will not open, message says “Offline cannot connect to the internet, please try again”. However, I have good internet connection and also tried using 5G but still the same nesssge. Tried also App support and their webpage can not be found so I’m assuming this company no longer exists?

Awful
Awful. Tells me I have no internet signal despite having internet signal. Cannot use.
Doesn’t do anything
Why do you still let people install it?
App won’t connect
Keep getting error message suggesting i need to connect with WiFi or mobile data but I’m already connected.
App keeps erroring out
I keep trying to open the app but is says the phone is not connected to the internet even though I have 5 bars on 5G.
Useless
The app just shows as offline.
Can’t even access app or website
Says no internet in app (there is) and website won’t load
Unable to connect
Downloaded the app but won’t connect to Wi-Fi or 4G so pretty useless
