Had one for <30 mins and got 2% charge (lightning cable was dicey) before it ran out of power. When I returned it and tried to rent another, it just gave me back the same empty / faulty power bank!

Power bank didn’t work.

I and some other people tried to rent one and they wouldn’t come out and it kept our rentals in there we are still being charged for something we wasn’t able to collect there is no number and no way to get in contact it’s u fair people work for their money as you guys are just stealing it I had a panic attack as my money was just being taken this is so not fair !??? I have following on social media about 300 k I will make sure everyone hears about this horrible experience yall taking peoples money no way of helping them no number to call and slow replies ?!!! I still haven’t received a reply

1) Signed up, got to the power bank station tried to scan the QR code but didn’t work. Inserted the code manually and took ages. 2) Added my payment method, followed the step by step process. When it was time to take the power bank wouldn’t come out nevertheless they charged me already and started counting the time even though I couldn’t take the power bank. 3) Tried to send emails but the window wouldn’t close after sending them. When I checked my sent items I realise I sent something like 10 emails.

I’ve just been charged £30 for the charger after about 7 days… I thought it was weird… o was expecting to pay £3 a day for 10 days then be given the charger… anyway… didn’t mind… like the business model… anyway… changed the chargers didn’t they… now I can’t change my empty battery… can’t use my phone.. have had to buy the new one… rely on my phone for my freestyle libre. So, will you replace my old charger with the new one literally hours after you’ve charged me £30 for your service??

Since the release of ChargedUp 2.0 as they brand is the customer service as gotten worse, the batteries people paid £40 for (under the 1 year of swapping deal) are now worthless and there is no facility to swap the new battery system or trade in the old batteries for credit. A great company taken over by greed. After 4 year this is one customer who won’t return

Rubbish tried getting one at Luton airport and it wouldn’t release a powerbank Hoping now I’m not charged either £3 or the full £30 if someone gets the powerbank I’m paying for If in Luton by gates 1-7 please done use

Battery pack broken on hire, returned straight away. Still being charged for the hire 5 hours later. Customer service in app is a bot and only tells you to email . Emailed customer service still no response. VERY POOR SERVICE
