I need to return my bank so that I’m not charged for it and I tried to register having installed the app but it just crashes after I enter my phone number for verification message so Icannot see where there are available docks to return to it. I don’t want to be charged. Please help me rectify and make sure I do not get charged.

Avoid using this app. I went through the arduous task of installing, singing up and then being charged 3 pounds for a battery only for the machine to claim to be offline when I finally tried to scan it. The battery unit was plugged in and had power. Pretty much scammed out of 3 pounds and left with no battery and 30 minutes of wasted time. Pathetic service.

American here, it won’t send SMS... also... where’s the logic in having a charging box that you need to then USE your phone to get set up? Ehem... people would only buy this if their phone is either dead or very close to it

Requires UK number, fine, I have one. But then it requires you to receive an SMS to activate, even though asked for e-mail as well. A joke. Waste of time and energy... Literally. Used the remaining battery to write this review. Now going back home to charge the phone using a provider that I can actually trust. Cheers.

Would have loved to have given them my money but it won’t allow me to enter anything other than a +44 phone #.

Worse app, pointless to even have this as a business it does not work. In fact the battery i was trying to charge I should have conserved the power instead of wasting my time chatting with the help and downloading a pointless waste of a app.
