Would benefit from a focus group
The app is great for finding a location around you but that’s about all. I receive regular notifications that there are new stations around me and yet there’s no way to see where they are!?!? Also what we really want is to use ONE app. Not one for location and another one to plan a road trip and another one to find food nearby and another to check the wind direction etc., and therefore it’s the one which does all that who will rise to the top.
This app is useless
I tried mapping a route 2 hours from my home and it won’t load a single location.
Confusing and often wrong
I’ve been trying to map a trip. I pick a station it says it’s 90 miles from previous stop. That’s too short, pick the next one , it says that one is 260 miles from previous stop. When it’s obviously not 170 miles between those 2 stops! It’s bad enough I have to guess what stop should be the right distance but when it just gives random info or losses track of the trip I’m planning it’s pretty useless. This is so close to being very useful but it’s not there. I should be able to put in a range and have it suggest stops that are within that distance automatically.
Cannot use money that I added
Every time I try to pay with the money I added on this app the charge option doesn’t work so I’m always forced to pay with my debit card. Now I have $50 on this app that I cannot use
No good in central florida
Worst charging app for central Florida . Save your time do not download
Useless
It doesn’t show any charge stations- took my money and does nothing so it’s a scam site

Does not update, can’t see when it’s charging, available, time left, location, etc.
Heads above the rest!!
We have been using EA for charging from daily driving two EVs to long distance Florida trips!! No complaints and they are always working to improve themselves! Very, very impressive so far!! Keep up the amazing work!
Didn’t work
Doesn’t work after having to go to this station download the app in the middle of the night. Return the next morning without charging. Had to shuttle from the residence inn. What is the point?
