The app itself is fine, but having an account is useless when you have to log in every three hours or so. Makes it a pain to track packages when it doesn’t remember who you are. Why not just keep me logged in?

Love the brand, hate the app
The app is literally the mobile browser version of their website so I don’t see the point of using it. It’s also so slow and laggy. Whenever I tap “Back” it doesn’t go back to where I was previously and sometimes it tells me the page doesn’t exist. So frustrating.
