Everytime I start the app, it crashes. Even reinstalled but still crashes 🤷🏻♀️ still receive notifications though

Don’t recommend buying from the apps
I made my first order via the Charles and Keith and I decided that I wanted to changed my mind. However when I contacted the store to initiate a refund they say that, they are unable to amend or made any cancellation for the order. Firstly it sounds ridiculous as a online consuming good company. You can’t even initiate refunds let alone you didn’t even give any updates in regards to my orders being shipped out to god knows where my product have been sent to. My product didn’t even arrived for picked up let alone any notification updates. This will be my first and last visit of purchased from both apps and physical store. I feel like I’ve been scam by Charles and Keith instead.
Urgent security issues - yr app has bugs cannot log out
Hi this last two weeks I observed that despite I click on sign out your app refuse to log me out. So is a security hazard on user data breach liability exposure. Kindly please immediate resolved this root cause!
App is Laggy
The app is very laggy. A lot of room for improvement in term of listing of merchandise. Will be good if can introduce discount for purchases made thru app to encourage online shopping.
Filter does not work
I’ve been using both the app and website for years now and don’t have too many complaints, except that the filter has not been working since a year or so. Not sure what changed but when I try to filter by color, size or heel height nothing happens. There’s no button that says “Apply Filter” or anything else…
So lousy
I already put my item in bag, waiting to check out, but everyday the app delete my item and kickout my account! Everyday have to log in again! So troublesome! Very lousy!
App Issue
I deleted this app and reinstalled it after a few years hoping to see some improvements. However, it still crashes and i find that i always need to log in every single time i open this app. Website works better.
