I don’t know how to log in
The buttons don’t work and I don’t want to fill in the number of the parents I am babysitting for, so I don’t know how to log in then :)
Monthly deductions without notice
Had an account that wasn’t used - app was deleted. Realised that there was a monthly payment for 2 years without any communications from CC. Unpleasant experience, not recommended.
Terrible app
The app is not working at all and crashed everytime I try to open it..
Terrible experience on iPhone
Not optimized for iPhone sizes, several bugs like close buttons out of touch screen area, no peristence so a lot of times you have to start over again, for e.g if you select multiple sitters and then want to see details of one
App is impossible to use
Service is great, but the app is extremely hard to use.
Good service and business model, terrible app.
I love their business model and the level of service, really good and supportive. But the app? How can it be that a company of this capability, size and position in the market cannot even adapt its app to a modern API, UX design and compatibility with Apple Ecosystem? Menu bars are all over the place, non responsive buttons, frequent crashes and overall low quality design.
