Terrible tutorial

Rcat1 on

United Kingdom

Game looks slick but has one of the worst tutorials I’ve seen - just throws walls and walls of text at the player with no real sense of guiding you or teaching you how to play the game. Seems like a game designed for people who know how to play it already, so I’d be cautious about buying unless you’re already a Charterstone player.

Amazing

Good port and all bug are gone

Constantly Crashes

Doom_Muffin on

United Kingdom

Repeatedly crashes since update 1.1.3 and is no longer playable. Online game on round 7 and will not get past the same point. Can’t specify here as hidden rule spoilers, but it’s the progress point after a reputation one. Tried to visit developers site to report with the link here but their site is down. Recommend do not buy until update fix released.

This game is broken. Don’t bother.

This game should not have been released. It clearly hasn’t been tested. Utterly littered with bugs. Love the board game. Hate the app.

Bugs - now fixed

jadkhy on

United Kingdom

Crashes mid AI turn during the campaign as though it’s waiting for you to take an action but nothing is on the screen. Tried restarting the game multiple times but always crashes. Having the issue on game 6. Glad to see the bugs are now fixed. Finding it a little hard to see the building scores though, the pop up doesn’t always appear when you hold over the building.

Can’t continue

justelvis81 on

United Kingdom

I can get to a certain part of the campaign and it stops when 1 of the AI charters won’t have their go and so I can’t do anything else. Shame as I was really enjoying it up to that point. Hope it gets fixed so

Crashing

SweatyBadger on

United Kingdom

Just crashes the moment I try to load a game.

Finally!

drpepper04 on

I’ve been waiting for this to come out for ages, and the digital version doesn’t disappoint. It’s a faithful port of the board game, and I’ve had none of the issues around crashing or connectivity that other reviewers have mentioned. Love that the “legacy” aspect of the board game has been retained, and just about to start my 4th round... Next stop, the Eternal City!!

Would be great

Innocentreally on

Would be a great game if it was stable and didn’t freeze in the middle of games.

Crashes
