I recently signed up for the Genie app, enticed by the promise of a 3-day free trial. However, to my dismay, the app did not honor this offer and instead charged me for an entire year’s subscription right away. I was shocked and disappointed by this misleading practice, I expected transparency and honesty, and unfortunately, Genie app failed to deliver on their promise. I urge others to be cautious and verify the terms before signing up.
Several attempt to claim a refund and Apple simply mark my request as not legitimate.
