가족이 이사이트로 예약해서 영국으로 갔습니다.!이코노미 프리미엄이라고 티켓 구매했는데 돌아오는편에는 일반 이코노미로 예약 되어 전화로 두시간 동안 변경해 달라고 했는데.! 콜센터는 매니저와 상의만 두시간 동안 계속하고 답을 안 줬습니다 ! 출발 전날 두시간 당일 한시간 전화비만 왕창 깨졌네요..!
