بجد من اسوء الابليكشن الي اتعملت معاه للمفروض حجزت تحليل pcr لطفل ٧ سنين و المفروض خلال ساعتين الكمياء يوصل و صلنا ل ٦ ساعات و لا جيه و لا خدمه العملاء بترد و مفيش تي وسيله عشان اتواصل كع الكمياء و لا رقم و لا شات اعرف قداموا اد ايه و لما خدمه العملاء ردت بعد ١٠٠ مره اتصلت قالي اسفين علي الضغط في اقل من ساعه هيبقا عندك و هخلي الكمياء يتواصل مع خضرتك و للاسف متصلش و بعدها بساعه اتصلت تاني ود نفس الشخص و قالي انا كنت لسه هكلم حضرتك الساعه سعتها كانت و صلت ١٠:١٥ بليل بيقولي الكمياء لغاء المعاد عشان مشغول و مش هيقدر يجي الي هو انتو بتستهونوا بحيات الناس و الاطفال كمان لو الكمياء مشغول كان من الاول مقبلش المعاد و اده لحد تاني بس للاسف استهتار و مفيش اعتذاز و بجد من اسوء الناس الي تعملت معاهم لجد يستاهل ياخد صفر

After confirming the order for the PCR test, the chemist disappeared on the slot of taking the sample for testing and when I called them to do a complaint that he is being late, they told he will not be able to come as he’s busy and their is a traffic of customers on him. Ignoring the fact that I wanted the test to make sure that my family will be safe around me, I can’t see my family or take care of them and I’m totally isolated. They didn’t block it on the app that maximum number of applicants on that day has been reached and I will have to book other slot. They ignored the urgency of this test. I could’ve contacted another entity. It’s a fraud and I totally don’t recommend to use such useless app with very low customer service.
