Their app reflects their crappy company can’t even get a verification code to use it keep getting failed to send message and their dispatch and some drivers are terrible constantly cancelling your trips sending cabs to the wrong location or accepting the calls then going for lunch a bloack away for 30 mins terrible failing company and shot app service

Booked a ride this morning February 7 to be picked up at 505 Doyle Ave. at 5:55 AM with car number 418, somehow it got sent to a different car. Since the new update I’ve had to uninstall and reinstall the stupid app every time I want to use it

Server issue, won’t book my trip. The layout also won’t work on an IPhone11, can’t click on menu and call driver

My adress and work won’t even show up in the app

The app won’t let me enter a verification code and deletes the whole code when I put it the last digit. The first thing your hold menu days is to use the app but it doesn’t work!

Loading screen never loads.

I’ve been waiting for an hour now and the rides not even showing that it’s coming on the app and it’s buggy. Also I’m trying to call and for some reason the numbers not working too

The latest update killed the app. It won’t work at all. Deleted and re-downloaded, now I can’t even sign in. It says sending verification code but never sends it. Always buggy, often not working, easier to just call dispatch.

Every update done the app will not work on my phone for almost a month. I take a cab every single day sometimes twice a day looks like I’ll be skateboarding from now on. Thanks for saving me over $100 a week on cabs because this app won’t work. 👍🛹

Since the new update, the app is not working at all. It just says loading for forever but it never loads..
