Chess at ICC, play & learn

iPad app crashes consistently when pushing Challenges after a finished game. The iPhone app does not suffer from this annoying bug.

Frequently connection, lag problems with this app! Also there is no Dark option. Lots off things on the app, but they forgot that simple playing, board and pieces, sound etc is more important then all those other things. Apple is asking for years now, that the Developer give privacy things, well why not Sir? Choose LATERN instead! Mike have done a great job, with these interface! ICC is the best, maybe price lower? Then Members getting less and less!

This is an excellent client to play or watch chess on ICC and I use it daily. It's fast, has a lot of features and is often updated. I can recommend it. But. There is a but. A few things really ought to be improved before I can give it 5 stars. - Please stop resetting all my settings with every update! - Please make the avatar optional. Some people may like it, I think it's distracting. - The same goes for the captured pieces below the board. It may be useful for beginners, but I think it's just silly. Other than that this app is the perfect time waster and I mean that in a good way :-)

Hi, thanks for the great app! However I do have some suggestions: - it would be nice to be able to respond to games in the Seek graph while waiting for my own challenge - responding to the seeklist may have unpredictable results because the list changes so fast that you don't get the game you wanted. I’ve read the history of this chess site, ICC. I’m happy those computer programmers did what they did. It made for the phenomenal chess site where I can play chess every day. It is truly the way the chess site is advertised: The premier chess site of the entire world. Thank you, Mark

I can’t get a correspondence game started, I can’t get any help from customer support, and I can’t find any way to cancel membership and get a refund. Don’t waste your time or money with ICC. There are many other better online chess values .

There’s a serious battery drain problem. The phone runs hot and the battery drops to perilously low levels instantaneously. Make sure you play only while charging.

This app does not work properly, yet the developers charge money. Shame on you! Currently stuck in a game that I won and the challenge or new challenge keep directing me back to the same game I finished. Nothing compared to Chess.com or Lichess, which are free.
