Took the kids for a day out, App kept malfunctioning when it came to register the fast passes, so we had to wait for 20 or so minutes in line to find a solution with the attendants. They figured the problem out and unlocked the fast passes on the system through our registered e-mail. The themed rides like Mandrill Mayhem and other roller coasters where enjoyable but expect 80-140 minutes wait without a fast pass to reserve a spot ahead of the lines. On the food front, the offerings are dismal. I had half of the worse burger and fries in my life at Vampire Burger restaurant. We asked for no cheese twice and twice we got it with cheese and what’s worse is that it was inedible. The meat was utterly burnt with an awful taste and the fries tasted like wood chip. I mean how hard could it be to make a simple burger, get a famous franchise like Five Guys, you’re charging enough! This played a big role is spoiling the experience for myself and the family. Such a shame considering the effort placed on the rides and themes.
