Chester Racecourse

if you were to design an app with the intention of keeping customers away this would be perfect! Convoluted and the confirmation didn’t work. No support to resolve. Will watch for free from the city walls in the future!

Can’t load app stalled on age I think. Ringing daughter to help. Been coming for years. Now have to book two nights at hotel to come for Saturday and can’t download app. I’m looseing the will to live

Worst App I have ever used, doesn’t work, won’t accept code, over complicated, why not just send a QR code?

Why over-complicate the ticketing process. So long winded and full of bugs. Very frustrating. This is single-handedly driving your regular customers away. We can’t be bothered anymore given the hassle involved

This is just awful! I can’t even login in as it asks for a registration code or to scan a QR code - neither of which I have. The Racecourse insists on you having the tickets on the app now but how can you do this if it can’t even open it? It needs fixing or scrapping altogether.

This Ap is terrible, needs sorting out ASAP.

A joke. Why Chester racecourse are forcing you down the route of an e-ticket before their app is even vaguely ready is a mystery. Doesn’t work. Doesn’t interface with their own WiFi You can’t flip tickets onto friends and family. No value add like race details / timings etc. it’s just tickets. And it doesn’t do ticketing properly. Without a doubt the worst app I have ever used. An utter shambles. Surprised it’s got a 1.5 rating. That’s too good.

Had this same issue when trying to retrieve my tickets for last years family funday. No improvement. Just received link to this years Tickets. The link in email to download the app doesn’t work although already have the app. The link to open up ticket info via existing app doesn’t work. And the app it’s self has no section to input the ticket code so that I can retrieve manually. Terrible!

This app is totally rubbish and needs updating because it’s full of errors and you cannot get anything through it. Why they didn’t just send me the QR codes for the tickets is beyond me. Most frustrating pile of rubbish I’ve ever used. It wouldn’t even recognise the server.
