The app doesn’t work and hasn’t for months. The website doesn’t work either. Just like the people in Chicago obviously.

Every time you report something, they do nothing

This is a great app for requesting things in the city, but it needs more options for requests. Or at least an “Other” option that allows residents to type something specific. There’s no request for getting the crosswalks lines repainted since they started fading away the day after they were painted!?!? There’s no request to get a street light that’s too bright at night turned off!?!? Would love to see this app and its features become more useful for tending to specific needs and not just a drop down list of most common requests. Best

For whatever reason, on iOS, the picture attachment doesn’t work and I believe it’s because the file size is throwing an error.

You spend time completing all the required information and describing your request to only have it crash and whenever you try and submit your request. Deleting and downloading the app again makes no difference.

You are unable to submit requests on the app. It takes time to report and add photos and request is denied at the very end, forcing you to either never report or spend time calling 311 on your phone and waiting on hold. I have reported tech issues to their tech support for years, and it persists without resolve. Sometimes it’s working but 80% of the time it’s not working. Please help!

I will say the city is very responsive to these requests and I wish more people would put them in. That being said the app used to be fine and in the past month all I get is an error when I try to submit a request. The most frustrating part is it will let you spend five minutes putting in a detailed request and then it creates an error at the very end and will not send.

I’ve attempted to report a broken sidewalk multiple times but I keep getting an error at the very end telling me to try again later.

If you go online, it says you can report a noise complaint online but there is no option for that on the app. So why say you can use it for that?

I love the concept of this app and all of the services is can connect you to. The only problem is that it can be glitchy. For example, I tried to submit a graffiti removal request and it will not allow me to select an address.
