I've ordered tickets with this app, actually everything was well. When I faced with cancelation of the tickets and refunding of the cost of tickets my good imagination about this app was broken. I'm waiting to have got an amount back on my account almost 1.5 month. If you are going to have tickets for Chinese trains and to avoid unexpected action from managers of this app, pls do not use this service. It's very simply to have tickets direct from cash desk in railway station. Good luck!

everyone who travels in china should use this app, you can book the seat you want the train you want so quick and easy , i had a great rep named carrie who helped me when i wanted to change my ticket very close to the train time and she was able to easily help and make it easy for me ! great app and great service. You do pay a 5 USD surcharge per ticket, which can seem kinda pricey, but I’ve found that it’s worth it for the peace of mind. The app is excellent for checking train times and every time that I’ve booked with them I haven’t had a problem picking up tickets.

Had some questions so inquired by WeChat and was quickly responded to. Gave me great options for my requests. The app is easy to use and convenient to set up for payment. Highly recommend.

Stuck on the final page of booking. Can not fill out the remaining question for 3-4. Therefore, the booking can’t be completed. What a waste of time filling out my info.

When I first moved to China it was hard, buying food was hard, getting a taxi was hard and altogether transportation was difficult to comprehend. Just like other foreigners I had to rely on a chinese friend or a local to help me book a train ticket all the time and I sometimes felt like a burden. Luckily , I came across this APP on the apple store and it changed everything for me. Now everything is in English and it’s so easy to navigate. The customer service is beyond amazing! Great English speakers. I highly recommend this app to any foreigners or even mainlanders that prefer a more simpler way to book train tickets.

So easily to book train tickets, so fast delivery, you don’t need to go to wait in a so crowded line for your ticket, just simply enjoy in your cozy home and tickets come by themselves. Using this app and picking up tickets could not have been easier. Communicating in China can be very difficult, but this app provided us with all we needed to get our tickets and also explained everything about boarding the train so well.
