Chowking UAE

I am a loyal customer of Chowking but this App that was deployed few months back does not allow my cart to check out as the address is not recognized by the App. I am very very disappointed by this App. You will loose a lot of customers by this App including me. Try to uninstall and install again but no avail to make it work. Try to add and pin the address but still not recognized by the App. Better to order on other Restaurant App as more reliable and fast.

Customer service is the worst! Their support can’t even give estimated time of arrival! Delivery is very very late! 2HRS LATE! Won’t order ever again with this app! Don’t ever make the mistake of installing and using this app for orders or you’ll be disappointed and frustrated!

I just downloaded this app today (Sept 23, 2023) in my frustration of searching your restaurant to different food online delivery app but your restaurant is so special I guess🙄that you don’t want to have a 3rd party online food delivery service here in JGE Dubai, to think your nearest restaurant is just in MOE which is 20 to 25-mins away only . Your app is rubbish, poorly developed that even registering no. to create account, your app cannot manage.

Food is good but the attitude of the lady manager towards her staffs especially new ones is not acceptable especially infront of customers; not an example of a good team leader. Please be good to new staffs because you were once at their shoes.

Worst app ever, no idea how they are running this business or how is in charge of this app. There is no way to find area for delivery. Such a useless app that it should rather not exist at all.

I enjoyed my food and the deals are good. 5 star team.

What a terrible experience! Detecting location doesnt work, fix it!

The worst restaurant ever!!! The first experience is ive waited for an hour, second time they delivered at home and not from the address that i put!! They wasted my 1hr break, i keep on ordering because i love the food here, the worst thing happened ever is today! My third time i order they didnt deliver the food and they didnt even do a refund even 1 aed! They are telling that the pin location is not accurate so what is the use of putting the new address where they should deliver the food if ther are relaying with the pin location?? And i didnt get even one msg from the driver where in earth he is! If there is ZERO star i will put Zero!!! Your taking the money the food was not deliver!!! No refund!!! And wasted my break without eating anything instead giving you High blood pressure!!!!

Worst delivery. Bad costumer service. Delivery always late. Takes time to give update
