I've installed os4 and it kept saying I'm offline and can't access the catalog pls fix this bug

Try to sign in to bid but never success. Wondered if any technical support on this app.

Really shocking that such a prestigious auction house has such a poor app. Dial up internet is faster.

I don’t know how this app keeps getting updated but keeps getting more bugs and worse UI changes. It’s updated frequently and every time I open it I like it less. I highly prefer browsing auction catalogs on my phone, and I use most major auction houses apps. I have to use the Christie’s website in my browser because this app is so difficult to use.

Even tried reinstalling the app and the login just hangs after asking for credentials. This isn’t just a momentary outage…the app seems broken?

Hey Christie’s, I can’t even log onto your app. Most of the time I can’t even get it to open on my phone. It just sits there stalled. Major disappointment for one of the best auction houses in the world. He won’t stay that way with this app!

Why do we need this app?? I tried it and it has this big bar at the bottom and 1/4 of the top does not go away!!! You have taken away so much of the browsing screen by leaving those annoying menus or whatever they are! Just go to the website on a browser! You can scroll using your entire screen. So much better!
