The app design and layout is good, but I almost always give up on trying to load MyChristies as it takes so long. It’s pretty much unusable even on 5G or WiFi and I have an up to date iPhone. Looking at individual lots in My Lots and them coming out again takes forever. And the follow button on lots often doesn’t work, I have to click several times. It is really poor and I basically have to use the website not the app. Unsure why it doesn’t work, Sothebys app always does!

Simple and straightforward, limiting the Nav to 4 icons makes it much easier to navigate then peer Apps.

The app has been pointless since inception. Time for a new one and send the culprits packing. The competition must be loving this. Glitch after glitch...still.

Just downloaded this and it won’t even display a whole page. Clearly needs some attention

When it works it is sluggish. Their website is much preferred. At present I can’t even log in via the app so can’t follow auctions. The website poses no such problem. Utterly disappointing.
