Great but not so great
It’s amazing that you can delete multiple emails of the same type, really really helpful. But I went further and bought a subscription so I can use it as my main email app replacing the standard app on the phone. I’m dealing with a lot of emails daily and when I’m on the road I must be able to send quick emails. All went well in the beginning, about 2 weeks everything was smooth and fast. Until suddenly the chuck app started freezing and crashing, being unusable. I thought nothing of it, I’ve uninstalled it then reinstalled it, then it started working again. After about 2 more weeks it happened again, but this time it happened exactly when I really had to send an important email. Then I realised it’s not an app I can rely on, so I decided to stop the subscription and give up on it. As I said, I’m dealing with lots of emails daily and my email account have thousands of emails, maybe this is a factor that contributed to the failure of the app not to work sometimes. For me it’s not good enough. Another important thing for me that this app is missing is the ability to search the emails by keywords contained in the emails, It can only search the sender / receiver and I think the subject (not sure about this one) which is another red flag for me. Overall is an ok-ish app, but not good enough for me. If the devs could resolve the freezing issue and introduce the searching keywords in the email body I’ll continue using it.
