(I am not a 100% sure where my first review of Cider went but I will just rewrite it) I don’t ever write reviews for apps but I had to write one for cider. I am so disappointed in the quality of clothes, it is not worth it price. I ordered 7 items for around 700 hkd or 89.41 usd. I had 15% off and free shipping. The order all arrived super fast, within 3 days. Prior to purchasing from cider, I had read so many positive reviews for this shop. Although I am disappointed to say the least. To put in perspective, I have previously ordered clothes from a online shopping platform called Tao Bao. It is super popular in China and Hong Kong, known for its incredibly cheap prices and mediocre clothing quality. I am just going to put it out there but Tao Bao’s quality to price is way better. How can Tao Bao infamous for its horrible quality have better quality than Cider? The clothes I bought from Cider was made for the cheapest material ever. It not only looks but feels cheap. It is single lined with bad prints and sewed on to look weird. In Cider, I bought a “corset” top which was just fully fabric. It was 150 hkd or 19.16 usd and couldn’t even include boning. To compare, a corset I previously bought from Tao Bao was 80 hkd or 10.22 usd. It had full boning, had nice fabric and double lined. A dress I bought from Cider was sheer with no structure at all and fabric bunched in the most unattractive places. I also bought a super overpriced clawclip. It was 25 hkd or 3.07 usd and looked like it was about to snap. It could barely stay on my head and was so overpriced for the quality. I am so disappointed in this store. As someone from hk the price to quality is not worth it at all. - a sad broke teenager
