recently saw a very cute dress from an advertisement in tiktok, after for some searching, the dress was from Cider brand. i was super totally happy and was about to check out my dress when shipping address came buy and i have to fill NPWP. here's the thing you should know, not every people in this country have npwp. it's really just complicated and ridiculous too. npwp is supposed to be used in company/factories that is mass importing from other country. you should've just make something up and put taxes right then when people are checking out. please learn more about how to make your clothings to go through in Indonesia. dont make it hard for you to sell your own products.

Hi. Clothes are amazing but your app barely keep up. Super slow, the picture can’t be visible, reinstalled 3 times and still doing the same. Hope you fix it

Already order since 23 april and now 8 may And my package still not arrived and i already spent almost 1000$ and the customer service said 5-10 days will arrived and now its almost 3 weeks and still not arrived AND THEY SAID I MUST WAIT 1 WEEK again for investigation are u kidding me? Since day 10 i already ask them and said that my package delay and i have to wait . And now almost 3 week and they said i must wait 1 more week 👍🏻
