Would it be possible to lock the temperature range so that it cannot be changed by the remote control? I want to prevent visitors from tampering with the temperature.

Allow to change app colors/dark mode. The pale blue with pale white fonts makes it too difficult to see. Perhaps I am to old to use your app? The pale yellow with pale white is even worse

So when my split units are turned on or off with the oem remote control I am unable to turn on/off the split unit using the ceilo app or it is finicky. When I turn on/off the split units using the ceilo app only they do work but this is not an option. Not sure if app update would fix this issue or not

My AC system/remote used to connect fine, now it doesn’t anymore. I’ve removed the device, added it, and the app just can’t seem to detect the remote, whether I added automatically or manually. Super frustrating

Cielo gets credit for emulating the controllers for our mini split air handlers well. The app and devices are a huge improvement and provide true remote control. That said, if you’re looking for a seamless smart thermometer that handles presence/awareness well (like Nest or Mysa), this is not the solution. Leaving or entering a geofence will enable an event but if you have a schedule set it will be overridden. Until you open the app again. And there’s no way to disable an entire schedule manually (would have to disable each scheduled event for each device every time you leave it arrive). I haven’t gotten rid of them yet because I’m hoping that it should be an easy software fix to resume schedule upon entering and override on leaving.

The latest update to the latest major release is out, and after a very rocky start for me, they have re-added the ability to disable a schedule. Very important! I’m not sure why they removed that at first and adding it back is great. What they need to do instead of removing the ability to disable the schedule it is improve the schedules. It would be great if you could have schedule groups and be able to enable or disable an entire group. Until that happens, I’m glad I have the ability to disable individual scheduled events again. Thank you! I increased my rating from 2 to 4 stars.

Can't disable/enable jobs. Can't name scheduled jobs. Why?! Awful all around.

I used this app in a pretty basic manner. I have a collection of schedules setup for my two mini-splits which make adjustments throughout the day. Unfortunately, the most recent update broke these schedules in two ways which worked before: 1. They don’t adhere to the choices I made as part of the schedule I set a schedule to run Auto with a setpoint of 72° and the fan set to High, after the update it’ll hit the time for the schedule at run in Auto mode with a setpoint of 61° and the fan set to Auto 2. You cannot simply disable a schedule anymore If I have 5 schedules for the weekdays one of which turns the mini-split off while I’m at work. Well if I have a day off from work I just want to disable that one schedule so the mini-split stays on instead. This was a simple enable/disable toggle in the previous version. Now there is no way to do this. I either have to delete the schedule and remake it when I need it again or live with it running the same way and just manually changing the settings on my phone when I want to work around the schedule. I’m not sure what the cause of the first issue could be. I’d appreciate it if y’all could figure out some troubleshooting steps or to fix it. It’s literally the main reason I have this smart appliance (which requires this app). Or if this is truly an error, I’m looking forward to a fix. As for the schedule disabling functionality, this was obviously a choice and I think it was a poor one which worsened my experience.

Missing the enable/disable option for the the entire schedule. Should bring that option back.
