The app is not working

Great work Cigna, you did it again. Why do I now need to get a OTP from my work email instead of my SMS which worked for the past few years? Great work on removing diagnoses so things I was able to easily claim last year I can no longer claim.

Cannot even make the password reset work.

This is the most difficult app I have ever used, and I may abandon Cigna insurance next year because of its poor usability. 1. Isn’t Face ID login enough? Why is SMS verification also required? 2. If uploading a claim takes a little longer, I am forced to log in again, and all previous information is lost. 3. Saved drafts disappear after exiting the app. 4. For pending claims, uploading new documents to resolve issues doesn’t work at all and keeps failing. I don't understand what kind of IT department could develop such a product.

Sometimes can’t click “submit”, the button is grey even though I filled in everything. Sometimes can submit but no one ever contacts me after thousands and thousands of submissions

Resolve function in claims doesn’t work after recent update. It doesn’t allow attachment upload for claims are pending action. Please fix it!

Such a stupid app. To recent new otp I should keep open my app and wait a minute, if I close it, timer stops counting. That’s sooo annoying I can’t open my previous claims and check or add new documents. User abuse

always incorrect password, even reset password didn’t work

Too bad, no matter how many times you reset the password and be very sure your input is correct, it tells you “incorrect password”, I can’t use it now
