CINC App
The CINC app CONSTANTLY freezes and the Caller ID feature doesn’t work for than it does. Horrible.
It’s all fake
My experience is the lead gen is manipulated to charge for “leads” you will never make contact with. 8 months to date and not a single viable lead that is either a buyer or seller. Complaints go nowhere, they just stop responding, but never stop charging. My personal opinion, stay as far away as possible and save a lot of your money.
Ungh all this money and the app is crap
Constantly crashing!!! While in the field I’m not luging around my laptop !!! The app is supposed to streamline workflow. Constantly crashing !!!! FAIL!!
Does not work
My team uses Cinc for our CRM and I would absolutely love to be able to use this app for quick notes/updates BUT it does not work. It crashes all the time and I have tried everything. It is unusable. Shame.
The App is Unintuitive
The app is unintuitive. It rarely loads, and when it does it is super laggy. It’s like using an app from 2008 that’s never been updated. I expect better from CINC
Updates are slow to roll out
Home Search setup or changes to a search aren’t being saved. Deleting and reinstalling doesn’t solve it. Several weeks now, when you work mobile, this function has to work.
Time to get into 2023
Pretty sad we are in 2023 and your platform won’t let me send or receive photo/videos from my client via text. Not to mention your platform has issues sending to certain email address’ Wish our team had stayed with Chime. Sad.
Notifications not working
I have my notifications in my CINC account settings on for everything to send a notification to CINCAgent, but I get zero notifications. I have my notifications turned on for the CINC app in my iPhone settings. There is a glitch somewhere.
Awful!
This app doesn’t reflect text just sent nor does it show I even sent a text. The website is MUCH better but WAY TOO CONPLICATED!
