I have been fortunate enough to use FUB in my real estate business. I have used a variety of different CRMs in different businesses and companies and nothing compares to the ease of use and the powerful way you can stay organized.

Please make a proper iPad app. Also when merging clients that, are a couple, the contact info such as birthday, gets erased from the newly merged contact.

If you use iCal stay away

Shockingly this CRM, that calls itself, open source, fully integratable, intuitive, and easy to set up, is anything less, in fact impossible, if you are running iCal as your primary calendar. They simply have not seen fit to make it possible for full synchronization. So all you, Apple users, avoid this like the plague, until they get their act together.
