used to work but now crashes every time i try to use it. now it’s impossible to pay for street parking in the majority of the city because often the meters don’t work, if there are meters at all.

I love being charged a convenience charge every time I park, because I’m forced to use an app to pay when they’ve removed all the meters in my street. Why? Probably because parking enforcement thinks it’s above their little authority complexes to empty change out of meters.

Payment didn’t go through and got fined🙃 Thanks!

A long series of bad prompts that would trivially be taken care of with Apple Pay integration.

intentionally unclear signage. these people must have a deal with Cincy PD the way they are set up to ticket trap you.

Every time, I have to re validate my account. Which is a significant procedure of text validation and passwords. Just to pay $1 to park. Most of the time, the parking zone I want to park in has changed codes. Half the time, the app rejects the code I enter which is posted on the city sign in front of me. How the city of Cincinnati could have made such a simple task as parking payments into such a pain is beyond me. Must have had multiple committee meetings to accomplish it.

I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling. Every time I select a vehicle or type in a new license the app crashes. I can’t get to a payment screen.

I downloaded this app to make adding time to my meter more convenient. When it works it’s great! However, it routinely crashes when attempting to add time in the same zones. Furthermore, there is no way to actually send the screenshots of app problems to troubleshoot. The support chat is tucked away in the FAQ section, when it should be featured more prominently in the home screens. When you do find this support chat, there is an option to view photos you’d like to include in your troubleshooting, but no option to send. What gives? Overall a very poor and frustrating experience

Generally speaking the app works really well. That said, it needs the ability to find the parking zone utilizing GPS instead of making me walk around and look for the information on a sign. Also, the option to pre-pay for parking would be fantastic and I really don’t understand why that’s not yet a thing.
