The option to book under an unlimited card is not available, I had to book via the website, what is the point in the app if this is not fixed!
3 main issues, 1) will not allow you to login and always shows an error message, then will not allow you to send feedback 2) have to book via website and when you get tickets emailed to you, it won’t allow them to be added to apple wallet, it says I am blocked. Tried sending a report to Cineworld but took over 6 weeks to reply and closed the ticket not bothering to offer a solution 3) no matter what browser I use on my iPhone to access website, again always blocked Only way to book tickets is via website and that is hit and miss Terrible service
Dear Cineworld Team, First, I want to say how much I love the app and everything it offers. It has been a fantastic tool for managing my cinema visits. However, I have a few suggestions that I believe could enhance the experience further: 1. Remove Cancelled Bookings from “Past Purchases” It would be great if cancelled bookings were automatically removed from the “Past Purchases” section. Their presence can make the list look cluttered and harder to navigate. 2. Introduce a Loyalty Program for Snacks I’d like to suggest a loyalty program specifically for snack purchases. It could operate separately from the Unlimited card and offer rewards, discounts, or points for frequent snack buyers. This would not only encourage customers to purchase snacks directly from the cinema but also build loyalty. 3. Fix Unlimited Card Color Display In the app, my Cineworld Unlimited card always appears red, even though I have a black card. It would be great if the app reflected the correct card color, ensuring consistency and a more personalized experience. Thank you for taking the time to consider these suggestions. The option to enter a CEA card in a booking is gone, and i find this deeply absurd and discriminatory, please see to it that this is fixed and updated
Multiple issues which are too long to list. This clearly hasn’t had some work done on it in a long time. Stick to the browser site!
After software Update app not working its worst experience
I really like this app, it’s very intuitive and informative. I’m disabled and cinema is about the only activity that I can participate in, I have an unlimited card and my wife/carer has a CEA card as I need help getting out of my mobility scooter and to my seat. Just recently there is NO option to add my wife/carer CEA card on the app so the only way we can use it now is by turning up which is not ideal as I need a seat on end of isle as it’s impossible for me to squeeze past people. Please, please, please fix this
This new app is worse. I pay my fees but I still cannot book movies for free. I have an unlimited membership for my app does not appear to be so. I miss the old app.
We book tickets regularly with the app but you have removed the CEA card option. Please put it back!
