Is Circle free?
Yes, Circle is completely free and it doesn't have any in-app purchases or subscriptions.
Is Circle legit?
⚠️ The Circle app has poor ratings and negative feedback. Users seem unsatisfied with its performance or features.
Paid a few hundred dollars to buy the kit, followed the instructions, submitted my sample and started my wait of 18 business days. When I finally received an email that my report is ready, the whole account on the app got reset and I was told that my account does not exist on the app. Was made to re-register with the same account but my report was nowhere to be found on the entire app. Emailed customer support for help and they are extremely inefficient. This staff called Adrian only replies to each of my email reply after 6 days even though I reply him within a day every time he sends me an email. And every time he replies me, he would be asking me for a different screenshot of my app. It’s been 3 weeks communicating with Adrian and my report is still missing in the app.
Unable to create profile
I’m using an Iphone 12 and have the most updated app and ISO version. Unable to create the profile as the keyboard refuses to go away!!! How annoying. You would think spending so much money on a kit, you’d at least have proper functionality of the app. What a horrible user experience 🙄 Would not have bought the kit if I knew.
Does not work on iPhone.
One year on, app still does not work on iPhone. No way to register on website. This looks like a scam.

Can’t register profile as the keyboard blocks the lower half of the screen. Very frustrating

I read one review that it didn't work on an iPhone 11. Works fine on mine. Got my whole family loaded and I like how the process is tracked. Now waiting for the results! 🧬

The app logs me out every once in a while and when I try to login again, it does use the password auto complete feature.

Horrible app, after fillling in your complete profile, you can’t save your profile as the save profile button isn’t accessible as it’s hidden behind the keyboard... How did a bug like this pass QA?!
What can I do
I don’t know why my information has been reset like I’m a new visitor. It asks me to activate, scan the code but my report should be there.
