台灣根本不能進口
進口要去食藥署申請 要附一堆文件和診斷證明 根本不可能弄到
無法登入
明明在官網能登入，到了appㄧ直無法登入說錯誤，樣品都寄回香港了，這樣是要怎麼看報告
無法註冊
驗證碼根本收不到⋯一直嘗試結果都不能
帳密正確還是無法登入
網頁用相同帳號密碼可以登入，app卻說密碼不對，可以盡快處理好登入的問題嗎？看其他人的評論也都是在登入就出錯
密碼無法重設
寄來的密碼八次 每次都無法登入 花了這麼多錢的公司 原來連個登入系統都搞不定 這專業技術令人擔憂
系統是有問題嗎?
光是要重設密碼就寄了七次 ，不是沒有鍵盤出現就是說我輸入錯誤，連系統都搞不定怎麼去相信dna的準確度？！！！
