Forgot the password

Trying to reset my password and the app requests my date of birth dd/mm/yyyy, i have only a numerical keyboard as an option , I cannot type the / and my date of birth is rejected. I tried to copy but I could not paste. Now I have blocked my account and I cannot reset it because I am looping with the date of birth. I gave up and I will try the phone customer service. No Apple Pay and old bonds appearance

I can see old bonds and shares I had in past but not some of the ones I still have today. No Apple Pay :(

Previous was MUCH better.

Portfolio positions not shown in this version!! Unbelievable. Today (10-Nov-19) the securities I hold, appeared in my portfolio. I believe this is an improvement or correction of the initial version of the new application. However, it shows also old positions (with zero balance now) that I held long time ago... Keep fixing the bugs and it will be ok soon!
