Great App with useful features.

Trustworthy, reliable and efficient.

It never works properly, always blocks on line payments and doesn’t send notifications. All i want is a simple Verification app. If I am told by Citi to reload it again I will go crazy. Not fit for purpose which for a bank that claims to be world class is surprising

Wonderful, efficient, secure.

Can’t make payments online. Randomly states your Token no is wrong despite it being correct. Then it locks you out your payment and because Citibank is awful and trying to get rid of retail customers you can’t unlock your account after 8pm meaning you miss out on purchases. I’m glad you’re closing my account as a bank you’ve got steadily worse to the point of being totally not user friendly

Not user friendly - the app requires an overhaul

This app is horrible. It never sends you notifications to approve payments. The only way to get it to work is to delete the app and then install it again every time you want to make an online payment. Makes me hate Citibank with a passion.

The app often crash when instructing a payment to eg Wise, Revolut, and other fintech. Citi is one of the few banks not integrated in Revolut.

Cumbersome app that is not as good as other banking apps. There is a real problem looking at pdf statements as they do not open on Apple iPad which renders this app useless If one wants to look at any transactions on an old statement. Clearly no one properly tested this app before release….

Everything is working fine. A dedicate iPad app would be nice. If this iOS version of the app is installed on the iPad, the “push” function is always turned off, and you can’t receive payment confirmation notice. You always have to go back to the iPhone to enter your unlock code.
