On line banking is very convenient and easy to access at the comfort of your home and no need to visit the branch for some transactions.

I would like to share my experience to you, its been a month already that I keep on sending emails to your customer service this is with regards to requesting for a assistance in how to clear out my outstanding balance because of this Covid situation. Almost everyday I am sending follow up email but no one reaching out to me. Interest are getting higher every month, please help.

Website is better than app. You cannot select early date in transactions. Cannot see recent transactions like in web. Useless

It makes me productive and no need to to out for doing my banking. Thanks for this apps.

Received an sms notification - Sorry! For your security, your card is still not active. Activate your Citi Rewards Mastercard etc. Immediately called the hotline to verify possible transactions being made and to my surprise 30 plus unauthorized transactions were already pending. Mentioned to the citi customer representative how come transactions still pushed through even though the card is locked in the mobile app and he said hackers may have a different method on accessing the account. This is a major security breach from your end and i hope your consumers including me would not be blamed for such attacks. Please fix this!

Definitely the worst bank ever. Process the transfer before the cut off time but still not credited the transfer to my other account. Happened not once but multiple times!
