On line banking is very convenient and easy to access at the comfort of your home and no need to visit the branch for some transactions.
I would like to share my experience to you, its been a month already that I keep on sending emails to your customer service this is with regards to requesting for a assistance in how to clear out my outstanding balance because of this Covid situation. Almost everyday I am sending follow up email but no one reaching out to me. Interest are getting higher every month, please help.
Website is better than app. You cannot select early date in transactions. Cannot see recent transactions like in web. Useless
