Changed the Interface, Not as Easy to Read Alerts
You can’t see the alerts listed anywhere. You have to click on each icon individually. No thank you! I’m sure it’s because Citizen wants all of us to sign up for its paid subscription.

Great for me and my children safety also helps the community.
Useless waste of money
There are often incidents in my immediate area with site and no alert at all. Not paying for this anymore. Also all of the different subscription prices indicate no difference in selection.

All options in this app must be free. Should be less complicated to use. Should nit be too dark.
App crash fail
App keeps crashing on iOS 18.3.1 on 16 pro max. Can not even launch the app. Have tried to delete it and re install it but it still is broken. Waste of money seeing as it doesn’t work now. Fix it please.

I’ve had this app for probably 3-4 years now. It used to be a really helpful app. Sadly though I’ve noticed in the last year or two pretty much everything now is restricted behind a pay wall even something as simple as the dispatch calls. Are you kidding me? This is a public safety app I get that running apps costs money but the monthly rates you guys are wanting to charge for public safety information is a bit above and beyond. you guys really need to unrestrict a lot of the stuff that you put behind a pay wall the app is virtually useless at this point for real time occurrences unless you pay the almighty dollar which I just don’t think makes a lot of sense considering it’s a public safety app.
