after paying and waiting for the order no one contacted me then when i asked them about it they remembered that they had a problem in system and can’t deliver my order today
The worst delivery in Kuwait
The order, which was supposed to arrive between 4:30 and 6:30, was only delivered at 9.30. Many items are missing. The missing items are all main products, the main purposes for which I placed the order. Customer service kept lying every time, saying the order was on the way and would be delivered now. Lulu is the best for delivery.

Very easy to shop, and quick delivery.
Great app.. Lots of missing items!
The app is one of the best in grocery shopping, item details and ingredients can be found. The item viewing window lets you go back to the main list quickly without starting over. Editing your shopping bag and checking out are super easy. BUT.. you may get lots of missing items after you place the order, while the items are actually available! I guess they’re not available in the spot they shipped the order from & they won’t collect your items from other stores. Plus, if you get free shipping for your order, they charge you for shipping after refunding the missing items!!
