City Hypermarket

Love shopping from city hyper market but the problem on all my orders by online that after paying get out of stock items *Every time so please keep concern on that issue *On delivery get missing items then waiting next day to deliver it *some time refunds get forever to get it back Please work on this matter

i dont want to order groceries worth of 10kd i just want one thing.

I really like the service city centre provides with its lovely workers in the real world and in the application, i like the idea of them either replacing my item with something similar if it’s out of stock or they’d just give me a refund. One downside about the application is that they should organize it more and make it so that it’s very easy for customers, one of the ideas i had in mind was to make the products image, prices and anything related to it smaller so that we could see everything. that would be just fine. I usually get my order around 3-4 hours and the delivery people are very kind.

Major delays in delivery. It’s frustrating.. I will switch to another store next time.

التطبيق تم عمله لجالية معينة وليس للعرب مع ان السوق موجود بالكويت يعني المفروض اللغة تكون عربية لكن للاسف لانه باللغة الانجليزية فلا يمكنني الشراء منه ف حذفته وحذفه الكثير من اصدقاءي ورجعنا الى تطبيق مركز سلطان العربي السهل
